Marnisi is a Single Estate Selection wine harvested from the Marsovin
vineyards in Marsaxlokk bearing the same name. It is a blend of four
noble grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and
Petit Verdot. It is a full-bodied complex red wine of great character
with a strong Mediterranean terroir. The limited quantities produced are
aged in French oak barriques for a minimum of 12 months in the Marsovin
cellars. Due to its robust nature and solid structure Marnisi has an
excellent ageing potential. Since its inception in the mid nineties,
Marnisi has won respect from various wine lovers and connoisseurs around
the globe and the reasons for this are evident to the enthusiast.
