The basis of this liqueur are the pistachio kernels growing on the Sicilian volcano Etna. After harvesting, these are processed according to traditional methods and turned into a paste. The combination of this paste with alcohol, water, sugar and a shot of grappa creates this extraordinary and unique liqueur.
