Don Papa takes its name from Papa Isio, who played a big part in the late-19th-century Philippine revolution. Produced in the Philippines, this Single Island Rum spends seven years maturing and boasts a reduced sugar content, showcasing the spirit's core characteristics of citrus, creamy vanilla, and toffee.
