AREA OF PRODUCTION Vineyards are primarily located on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda, in Verona’s province.
VINIFICATION Skin-contact maceration for 10-15 days, fermentation at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTE Ruby red colour. It has a characteristic pleasant bouquet with hints of raspberries, mature fruit and vegetal hints. Smooth and harmonious to the palate with a medium structure, slight tannins and good acidity.
